In addition to my experience teaching yoga, I have studied Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine as part of the year-long advanced Yoga Sukhavati seasonal training. I’ve learned directly from the Ayurvedic teacher Maya Tiwari (founder of Wise Earth School of Ayurveda and author of The Path of Practice) and studied with renowned “Everyday Healer” Summer Quashie on her series The Moon Calls.
In a consultation, we’ll talk about your monthly cycle and work out some simple practices to help you feel more in tune with life – from eating to sleeping and how and when to exercise.
